How to Solve 2020.03 MB SD C4 Plus WIFI Connection Problem

Customer problem: When I run 2020.03 MB SD C4 Plus software, an error message pops up with the words “Register/Configure (2138) The key is not divisible by 2 and therefore not hexadecimal”.
